Russian Museum

The idea of this project was to modernise the museums visual identity and a website by challenging the traditional and too official visual language and ToV. Instead I focuses on the museum's open-minded approach towards the modern art and drive to become a cultural centre and appeal to the younger audience.I tried to carry this idea through the color scheme, typography and rather unconventional and eye-catching website cover design. Especially I was aiming to highlight diversity of the expositions the museum has - from ancient greek sculptures to modern artists.

I also updated content structure of the website and  simplified it - now it's focusing on the of events - temporary unique exhibitions, with possibility to book a ticket straight-away and also showcasing the museum's famous permanent collections,  and educational programs.
